Saul Ulano was my last-surviving uncle of my mother’s seven siblings. She was Sarah Ulano Golub and Saul was her ‘younger’ brother (by three years). He was also a twin (to Sam) as was my mother (to Ben). I do know that Saul was the patriarch of a large family - 3 children, 25+ grandchildren and generations after that. I saw him (and his wife Shirley) at a family reunion we had in Albuquerque, NM in 1996, and again several years later, at his sister Ida’s 100th birthday party that I was fortunate enough to attens with my mother. He was a wonderful, warm, gregarious gentleman and I know he will be missed by all in his family and those that knew him.
